I’m a Mobile Notary - certified, licensed, bonded and insured in the state of California

Welcome to Signupmasters.com. As my company name suggests, I’m a master in the area of Loan Doc Signups, serving the Real Estate industry. Some of you may know me from doing past business transactions together!

My background includes work as a Travelling Notary, Real Estate Broker Associate, Title Rep, and as a Loan Officer - spanning over the last 3+ decades.

I have personally originated thousands of Mortgage Loans over a 30-year period (1992-2022) thus, I am highly familiar with everything surrounding the Loan Doc process - inclusive of Escrow & Title matters, and Estimated Closing Statements!

I have hand held many a nervous client during my lengthy career. I hope you will entrust me to care for your clients as I would mine.

While all my licenses are still active – I recently retired from both the Mortgage business and the Real Estate biz, and thus am able to devote my full attention to my Travelling Notary Signup business!
